How do you order bullions online?

1. After choosing your gold and silver bullions, just add them to your cart for checkout later. During checkout, you will be required to fill in a form for your billing details. Your personal details are kept in strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Once you have placed your order, you will be given an Order ID for your payment reference.

3. There will be an electronic invoice attached to the email notification upon confirmation of your order.

4. You may pay for your order in 2 ways:

Bank deposit or Online transfer

We will provide our bank details in the invoice and upon cash deposit of the outstanding amount based on the invoice sent, you should email the scanned deposit slip to or within 48 hours to lock-in the price and process your order.

Cash on Pick-up 

You may also pay in cash upon pick-up at our shop after our online team has confirmed your schedule on the time of appointment through email or Facebook.

Does One Ounce Trading offer discounts?

One Ounce Trading maintains competitive pricing within the bullion industry and is more than happy to offer volume discounts. Pricing on all bullion products listed online are displayed based on SRP with graduated pricing depending on purchase quantities.

Silver, gold and platinum members have additional discounts on some items. They also automatically earn redeemable Loyalty Points (1 for every 1,000 spent) on future purchases.

What are the payment terms and conditions?

Once you have placed an order to buy, you have entered into a binding agreement. When ordering online, the price at which your order is submitted is the locked-in price. An invoice will be automatically attached to the email notification that shows the outstanding balance for your order. You must ensure that your payment is dated within 48 hours to guarantee your price. We require clients to confirm payment by providing us with a copy of the deposit slip provided by your bank or screenshot of online transfer.

Does One Ounce Trading accept credit cards?

No. We do not accept credit cards as a form of payment for physical precious metals.

What does LBMA mean?

The LBMA stands for the London Bullion Market Association. They are an international trade association representing the London Market for gold and silver bullion. The LBMA sets the standards for what bullion products are considered “Good Delivery”. The LBMA maintains a “Good Delivery List” which entails the refiners whose gold and silver bars meet their standards.

It is best to order first in our website to make sure that the product is still available when you go in our shop.

Also, setting an appointment makes sure that our security will let you in the building.

What is your shop address and do you have parking?

It is located at the 6th Floor, 135 West Avenue, Quezon City. The name of our building is West Insula and the showroom is near the pool.
